5 signs of Spring ... in our home

1. Jason becomes glued to the TV during the basketball games.
Last year, he was able to bring home $300 for his luck, I mean - skills, in
bracketology.


2. There becomes a need to switch the kids' bath nights from 3-4 nights/wk to
7 nights/wk!


3. Flies once again invade our home...partially due to the doors being open and
closed about fifty times a day as our kiddos, and their friends, come and go -
and mainly because of the tasty, sticky treats left behind on the kitchen
countertops, floors, and fingers of the three amigos!


4. Our family, once again, becomes accustomed to surviving on the "important"
Four major food groups - frozen popsicles, watermelon, ice cream, and grilled
food.


5. Miss Dyson (vacuum) reclaims her status as the MVP of Team Mahlum household;
she thoroughly, and daily, shows off her skills picking up sand, dirt, leaves, and
other lovely objects from the outdoors that hitch a free ride into our home
while clinging to the shoes, clothing, and hairs of our children.
