Messy Jessie!
Jessica is unable to eat a meal, or eat anything for that matter, without making a mess all over her face. I've never seen a more "hands-on" approach to eating; it's like she has to feel everything (with her hands) that goes into her mouth! I don't quite get it?
Well, I guess this is what you get when you combine "curiosity" with "not afraid to get dirty"...yep, messy Jessie...that's our daughter in a nutshell!

Count yourself lucky. Phoebe hates to get dirty (Audra did too) so we still have to feed her yogurt and can put only a tiny bit of sauce on her pasta or she won't touch it. Good thing we have TONS of old scrub towels for her to use during meals (I am still trying to figure out if this is part of Phoebe's personality or learned behavior from Audra). Ah kids!
