After we carved our pumpkin last Sunday, we headed off to the Enchanted Forest. This is an annual event held at Hixon Forest in La Crosse. It is a trail for families to walk through; there are over 30 characters handing out candy to the kids. It was beautiful weather --don't let my stocking cap fool you...that's just my way of covering up my dingy hair from not showering in awhile;) Jackson was able to dress up in his Batman costume and go "trick or treating" through the forest, collecting candy.
